Simply click the “Context: Global” dropdown in chat to switch between environments like Data Analysis, Creative Writing, or Code—all mid-conversation. Each context activates different knowledge bases, functions, and capabilities tailored to the task at hand.

Set up specific system instructions, connect relevant knowledge bases, and enable the right tools to match your workflows. Revo automatically shares these with your team, so everyone stays aligned.Whether you're crunching numbers, writing a product spec, or building a new feature, Revo’s contexts let your team work the way they naturally think—without ever needing to reset or repeat yourself.
When connected to your Google account, Revo automatically joins your meetings as your personal note-taker. It records the session, captures key details, generates full transcripts, and delivers clear summaries with actionable next steps.
You can also invite Revo to meetings on Microsoft Teams and Zoom, making it easy to capture insights across the platforms your team already uses.
In Settings > Meetings, you have full control over how Revo behaves:
🔹 Choose which meetings Revo should join—all meetings, accepted meetings only, or only meetings you own.
🔹 Decide who should receive the meeting summary—just you, selected participants, or the entire invite list.
🔹 Prefer a meeting to stay private? You can easily remove Revo from any meeting.
🔹 You can also manually add specific labels in the Labels tab in Settings (under Meetings) to better organize your meeting recordings.

Clicking the extension opens a right-hand panel where you can chat with Revo in real time. Need to share what you're seeing? You can take screenshots directly from the chat—for example, capture your Figma design and ask Revo how your user personas might interact with the concept. From there, Revo can create a Jira ticket for any identified issues and assign it to the right teammate—all in one seamless flow.
